I am an independent dealer/installer for AM Solar, the nation’s premier installer of RV Solar systems.  I have installed all sizes of solar systems on small travel trailers, truck campers, luxury motorhomes, and 5th wheels, cargo trailers, and van conversions.  I work with my clients to design a system that is right for their needs, whether they are weekend warriors, or full time RV’ers.  I can install a 100 watt solar panel keep the battery charged, or a large system with 1000 watts of solar and a new battery bank of Lithium or AGM batteries, large Sine Wave inverter, and battery monitoring.  During the year I travel my circuit between Arizona, California, and Oregon and clients often travel to meet up with me at my location for the install.

I am very proud to feature my favorite new product, the Victron Energy BMV-712 Battery Monitor with built-in Bluetooth.  This brilliant device comes with a shunt that connects to the negative side of the battery bank. The shunt relays information to the 2″ round display panel, which  connects to an app on your smart phone (available both for iPhone and Android).  The phone app gives you instantaneous updates on all parameters of your battery bank charge, voltage, current (charging or discharging) and history.
